Myers, P.C. is on corporate/business transactions and commercial real estate matters as they pertain to general businesses, licensed professionals (such as architects, engineers, accountants, attorneys and medical professionals), lenders and title insurance companies.  We also provide legal services with respect to civil litigation and appeals.
